Cancellation/Reschedule Policy *

All appointments require a non refundable retainer that goes toward the total cost of your appointment in order to reserve an appointment. I require 48 hours notice should you need your appointment. Should you cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours you forfeit your non refundable retainer and 50% of the scheduled service is due before rebooking. If you no show 100% of the scheduled service is due before rebooking. If you’re a returning guest with no retainer and you cancel/ reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment a fee of 50% of the scheduled service is due to reschedule. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
